1. Cameras stream ODM IP cameras push RTMP/SRT to VisionLink cloud ingest (SRS).
2. You configure VisionLink binds cameras; you activate services, draw Lookout zones, and set daily brief time.
3. Cloud AI watches Parking models and Lookout vision AI run on cloud GPUs — not on site.
4. Teams respond Alerts sync to PostgreSQL, evidence to storage, push via VisionLink AI mobile app.
